JOSÉ NICOLAU POMPEO

He holds a master's degree in Applied Economics to Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – SP (1984) and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2003).
Currently, he is an Assistant Professor with a doctorate at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a finance professor at POLI-USP-PECE, and a visiting professor at the University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne. He has experience in the field of Administration, with an emphasis on Applied Financial Mathematics, mainly working on topics such as the Brazilian economy, economic scenarios, financial calculation, financial economics, personal finance, and corporate finance. He also works as a consultant in areas like debt restructuring, turnaround, cost analysis, and short- and long-term financial planning across various sectors.

ROBERTO PRADO
He is a postgraduate from IBMEC in business management and has 40 years of experience in the banking sector, securitization companies, and FIDCs. Throughout his professional career, he has held positions of superintendent and director, leading teams in financial institutions and companies of various segments and sizes.
He complements his education with specializations in Business Management, Sales and Credit Techniques, and Risk Analysis from Citibank, Business Management from Chase, and Retail Specialization from USP.

FLORENT PRATLONG
He is the Director of EM-S and a Senior Adjunct Professor (MCF Hors Classe), with a solid academic and institutional background in Innovation Management. He serves as Director of the Innovation Management Area at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and as Deputy Director of the ETI Chair (Entrepreneurship, Territories, and Innovation) at IAE Paris.
His career is marked by a strong focus on teaching, research, and university management, with an emphasis on developing projects related to innovation, entrepreneurship, and public policies. He has extensive experience in coordinating efforts between universities, government, and the productive sector, actively contributing to the advancement of strategic initiatives at the national and European levels.
